How much do your products and service cost?

We are a marquee letter rental company that serves everyone that hosts small, intimate parties to big corporate events in the Greater Bend area

How can I book your services?

What type of power do you need to set up my marquee letters?
We need one standard power outlet per nine marquee letters for your setup.
How do I know how many determine the number of circuits for my setup?
We can plug up to nine characters per circuit or standard power outlet only. Setups with more than 9 letters require 2 or more standard outlets on separate circuits.
Will you provide extension cords & equipment for my setup?
We can provide extension cords up-to 150 ft. the client will need to provide extra cords & power supply. If the setup is farther than 150-ft from the main power source.
What if my venue does not have a power supply, can I still rent your products? How can I book your services?
The customer will be responsible for providing a generator that will supply power to the setup. In such cases, the customer needs to inform the AlphaLit Bend team that a generator will be used instead of a standard power source.

We can also set-up your marquee display without plugging them to a power source. However, this is an option for events scheduled during daytime only.

Can I move my setup after your team has installed it?
No. Our clients & their guests are not authorized to move or make even small tweaks to their setup.
What are the dimensions of your products?
Our marquee letters are 3ft tall X 2ft wide X .5ft deep. For a full list of our products & their corresponding dimensions, please click this link.
What type of bulbs do you use in your marquee letters?
We use regular & colored LED bulbs to light up or marquee letters.
Can I use your marquee products outdoors?
Yes but with the exception of wind, rain, and snow. It will be the customer’s responsibility to have an indoor back-up for the setup.

The company will not issue refunds in cases where the service was cancelled due to weather-related reasons where the customer has failed to get an indoor back-up plan.
